Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of ReturnToDutyTest.com and any services purchased through this website. By accessing this site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
Services and scope
ReturnToDutyTest.com provides administrative coordination services related to DOT return to duty testing. This may include ordering and coordinating the required return to duty test, assisting with scheduling, and supporting Clearinghouse reporting steps when applicable.
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do not provide Substance Abuse Professional evaluations. If you need a SAP evaluation or follow up plan, you must work directly with a qualified SAP.
Eligibility and accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms or placing an order. Inaccurate information may delay service or prevent completion of the requested service.
Ordering, scheduling, and timing
After purchase, you will receive instructions and scheduling support. Timing for scheduling and completion depends on your responsiveness, availability, and the availability of collection sites and other third parties involved in the testing process.
You are responsible for following all instructions provided, including arriving on time, bringing required identification, and completing the collection within any required time window.
Clearinghouse reporting
When applicable, required test results may be reported to the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse based on the role and authorization involved in your case. Clearinghouse reporting does not remove a violation. It is one step in the return to duty process.
Fees and refunds
Fees are disclosed at checkout. Refund eligibility and timing are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. Please review the Refund Policy page before purchasing.

If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls or text messages related to your service. These communications may include scheduling updates, instructions, reminders, and compliance notifications related to your return to duty process.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly.
We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
Third party providers
To provide the requested service, we may coordinate with third parties such as DOT regulated collection sites, Medical Review Officers, and reporting systems. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by third parties, including missed appointments, identification issues, site closures, or processing delays.
